We contacted this company for a service call as our pool heater wasn't heating correctly. The technician came out the next day and found the leak. They shut off the unit, charged me $285.00 for the service call and said that they would get back with me on a price to repair or replace the unit. Two weeks went by with no phone call so I called them and they said that someone will call me back. Another week went by with no call back so, I called them and again the secretary said someone will call me back. Again, no call back one month later and I am without a pool heater. If they did not want my business, they should have just told me that in the beginning. Now I have to start from scratch and look for another company to repair my pool heater. Not professional in my opinion. Would not recommend this company.

Excellent food, ate there with my wife (burger) son (beyond burger) his girl friend (vegies burger). I had the chicken sandwich. All of our food was cooked to our liking and very yummy. Service was very good as well.

I feel glad I went with Medallion pool heather; this company provides the most responsive customer service and honesty repair. I continue recommending this local company and also, I also recommend to sign-up for annual maintenance, they can keep your pool heather running for many years.

My heat pump had suddenly stopped working, the pool was installed about 3 years ago. I called the installer, they came out and looked, then I got a call from an Authorized repair tech, who gave me a quote that gave me sticker shock. So off to Google I go looking for a replacement fan motor and found Medallion Energy. I called up and talked to Denise, she was awesome, helped to diagnose and confirm the problem. Was very confident I would be able to perform the repairs. I placed my order. The next day Denise called me and told me that they information they had for my model heat pump was not clear on which motor was needed. (this was greatly appreciated, I'm an auto tech and have gotten wrong parts so many times.It was very refreshing that Denise and Medallion cared enough to ensure I was getting the correct part the first time) She gave me her cell number and I sent her a picture of the numbers on the motor. She got it sent out to me quickly. Then when I went to replace the motor I had a concern, sent Denise a text on Saturday evening and she replied immediately! And then sent me a text on Sunday morning to follow up! I was blow away with her customer service on off hours like that. Any further needs I know who I will be calling first, Medallion!

I live in VA and have had a couple of minor issues with my 12-year old Aqua Comfort pool heat pump. All I need to do is pick up the phone and the staff at Medallion Energy diagnose the problem and ship me the parts I need. They are all fantastic, knowledgeable, and bend over backwards every single time. Even Though I’m hundreds of miles away!! Be patient with them as they are well worth the wait.

I have my AquaComfort pool heater for about 6 years now. Dealing with an authorized distributor such as Medallion Energy has enabled me to obtain the parts and service needed to keep the unit running at 100%. I did the 5 year maintenance kit and replaced the fan motor and blade. With the online documentation, you really can do the work yourself. They ship fast and are a quality vendor to deal with. I live on Long Island and the summers are short, you need a heater.
